National Testing Agency has successfully concluded the JEE Main 2023 January 25 shift 2 from 3 PM to 6 PM. JEE paper analysis for BE, and BTech exams and details on answer key will be made available below.

According to the students who attempted the examination, the paper was of moderate difficulty. While Chemistry was the easiest, Physics and Mathematics were moderately difficult. However, Mathematics was lengthy.

● Overall, JEE Main 2023 25 January shift 2 paper was of moderate difficulty. There were questions repeated from the previous year paper. The Mathematics section was quite lengthy. Chemistry was the easiest section.

● The JEE Main 2023 session 1 day 2 shift 2 Chemistry paper was NCERT based, while Physics and Mathematics were formula based.

● The Physics section was easy and there was one question from gravitation in physics. Questions from Modern physics were more and there were some questions from electricity. 

● Mathematics was moderate. Questions were more from Class 11. 3 D, vector, integration

● Organic chemistry had high weightage. The chemistry paper had less questions from NCERT.

JEE Main 2023 Exam Guidelines

Candidates are advised to follow the below-mentioned JEE Main 2023 exam day guidelines released by the NTA

  • Candidates should report to the exam centre as per the time mentioned in their admit card
  • Candidates should bring their JEE Main admit card 2023 downloaded from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in along with photo ID proof and one passport size photo
  • Candidates should follow JEE Main 2023 dress code as mentioned in hall ticket
  • Candidates should not bring any prohibited item inside the exam hall
